Little Money, Big Results

August 2nd, 2006 at 07:22 pm

I have been able to save quite a bit of money this year from my garden. Instead, of buying the plants I started all my plants from seed in mid-February I am guessing that none of my vegetable plants have cost me than .15 cents each. That includes plant food, soil, and cow manure. It makes everything from my garden taste that much better knowing that it is basically a free food!

I equate my vegetable garden to my feelings about life, it is not how much money you spend but rather your time and effort that gets results.

I might not take the road most traveled but it is the only road I know.
